It isn't quite as simple as that: if you read the FAQs, you'll discover that Genesis figures have to be converted into a compatible file format before you can use them in Poser (if you're doing this with your own assets, you'll need DAZ Studio 4.5.1.6), and that some features, such as collision detection and smoothing, aren't supported.
But still, it's a step towards interoperability. DSON Importer for Poser is currently available for free. The plugin will revert to its RRP of $24.95 after an unspecified period.
